Happy 62nd birthday to the actor and director from Korçë, Piro Qirjo!
Piro Qirjo was born in Korçë on October 16, 1963, and is one of the most prominent names in Albanian cinema and theater. The public knows him especially for the role of Gjorg Berisha in the film “The Uninvited”, an adaptation of Ismail Kadare’s novel “Broken April”, as well as for the role of the German army major Max in the film “Chronicle of a Night”.
