WEATHER/ Alternation of clear skies and clouds. Here’s the forecast for today, Thursday, January 23, 2025

The territory of the Republic of Albania will continue to be under the influence of unstable air masses, bringing alternating clear skies and clouds across most of the country.

These conditions will be more pronounced in the far north-northeast of the territory, leading to isolated snowfall. It is expected that the afternoon hours will continue under the influence of clear skies and clouds, but no precipitation is forecasted.

Meanwhile, wind speeds will pose challenges in many areas of Albania.

Air temperatures will remain steady at minimum values but will see an increase in maximums, ranging from -3°C as the lowest value recorded in the city of Puka to 18°C as the highest value expected in the districts of Durrës and Fier.

The wind will blow moderate to strong, with speeds exceeding 60 km/h mainly from the southern direction, causing sea waves to rise above 4 on the Beaufort scale along the coastal areas.
