WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL / Today the southeastern derby, Skënderbeu–Pogradeci, semifinal of the Federation Cup

Today it’s the women’s volleyball teams’ turn to step onto the court, and what stands out is the southeastern derby clash between Skënderbeu and Pogradeci.

The Federation Cup is being played in the capital, and the Farka sports hall will host the two women’s semifinals. The first semifinal today is between Skënderbeu and Pogradeci, an exciting and emotional encounter that will begin at 16:00.

Later, at 19:00, Tirana and Partizani will face each other, the capital’s derby. Two derbies will be played today in the capital, while one day later the final will take place between the winners of these two matchups.

The Skënderbeu–Pogradeci clash is particularly interesting, as Pogradeci has clearly built a squad aiming for the championship title, while Skënderbeu, with many changes, will be showing itself for the first time.
