An important step towards a stronger and more sustainable tourist Korçë!
Today, a productive meeting was held at the municipality with the Committee for Tourism Development, business representatives, and other local stakeholders. The focus was on analyzing the tourism potential and strengthening its role in our city’s economy.
This meeting was designed as a collaborative and inclusive process with the goals to:
Present the progress made so far in Korçë’s tourism development.
Hold an open discussion about the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of strategic directions using the SWOT methodology.
Develop a concrete action plan for sustainable tourism.
Make a joint commitment to advance Korçë’s economic development through quality, year-round tourism based on our unique cultural, natural, and historical identity.
Korçë Municipality will continue to stand alongside the community and private sector at every step of this process.
