After the crackdown on illegal construction, Rama declares “war” on dairy products without invoices: Seizures begin on Monday

Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a meeting with mayors held in Durrës, announced that there will be increased inspections regarding dairy products during the summer season.

Rama stated that starting Monday of this week, there will no longer be warnings, but immediate seizure of any milk and dairy products sold without an invoice, in order to strengthen quality control.

"Starting Monday, seizure of every dairy product without an invoice in every shop and market. District leaders must sit down with the mayors regardless of political affiliation including those three or four good friends we have here from what was once the opposition, and work for the countryside, because as the consensual Dhimo Kote said, tomatoes and chestnuts have no party," Rama said.
