AVF announces the conclusion of the first week: Skënderbeu women and men both secure victories!

The first week of the national volleyball championship for women has concluded a few days ago, but only today has the Albanian Volleyball Federation released the results for the opening week.

For the women’s teams, Skënderbeu secured a 3-1 home victory against Teuta. Although a clean win was expected, the Durrës team managed to win one set at “Tamara Nikolla.” In other matches, the clean sweep by Partizani, who defeated Tirana 3-0, stands out, and it seems the Reds will be strong contenders for the title this season alongside Skënderbeu.

Pogradec also secured an away win in Shkodër, while Dinamo defeated Barleti Volley 3-1.

For the men’s teams, Skënderbeu won 3-1 at home against Teuta. In the other matches, Elbasani lost at home 0-3 to Studenti, and Partizani defeated Tirana 3-0.
