“Call your land! Space: A linguistic, historical, and anthropological memory”

"Call your place! Space: Linguistic, historical, and anthropological memory" is the project under which a working and training roundtable was held at the library of the Faculty of Education and Philology, "Fan S. Noli" University.

The meeting was organized by the Department of Language and Literature, with invited lecturers, teachers, students, and pupils.

The discussions sparked interest and highlighted the importance of documenting and promoting the values of Korça and its surrounding areas.

Participants also emphasized the cooperation focused on the themes of Bachelor’s and Master’s study programs on toponymy.

According to the head of the department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eris Rusi, this synergy between university and pre-university scientific research working together in the archives of the Central State Archive and in the field aims to advance knowledge and passion.

With this meeting, the Laboratory of Linguistic Anthropology is also expanding its network of collaborators.
