Through a Facebook post, Berisha publishes a photo of former socialist mayor Vangjush Dako from prison: Special treatment with a cellphone in hand

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, made a complaint today. Through a Facebook post, Berisha shared a photo of former socialist mayor Vangjush Dako as he returned to prison. In the photo, Dako is seen lying on a bed with a phone in his hand, and next to him is another inmate, Ron Shqopa.
