Criminal proceedings for intentional assault in Maliq

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Maliq Police Commissariat have submitted materials to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Korçë First Instance Court, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizen K. M., 30 years old, resident of Maliq.

From the investigative actions carried out so far, it is suspected that this individual, for petty motives, struck a 38-year-old man with a hard object, causing physical injuries. The incident occurred in the city of Maliq, while the injured person was taken for medical assistance and is currently out of life-threatening danger.

The police continue investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the event, while the materials have been handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
