1. KF Vora, for failure to comply with duties, responsibilities, and activity regulations, causing delays during the match, based on Article 8/1 of the D&E Code, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
2. KF Vora official, Bazion Tragaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct toward match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the D&E Code, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.
3. AF Elbasani, for improper conduct of spectators, causing a temporary interruption of the match due to the ignition of pyrotechnic devices and the use of offensive chants, based on Articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the D&E Code, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
4. KF Iliria official, Mario Bytyci, for unsportsmanlike conduct toward match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the D&E Code, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.
5. KF Kukësi official, Albi Lika, for provoking spectators, based on Article 14/1/f of the D&E Code, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.
6. Shkëndija Tiranë U-17 player, Jurgen Karaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct toward players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/b of the D&E Code, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.
7. KF Shënkolli U-16 player, Enea Nikolli, for violent conduct toward players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the D&E Code, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.
8. KF Teuta U-16 player, Stiven Cela, for violent conduct toward players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the D&E Code, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.
9. KF Teuta U-16 player, Henri Gjyzeli, for violent conduct toward players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the D&E Code, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.
10. KF Teuta U-16 player, Dario Merja, for violent conduct toward players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the D&E Code, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.
11. FC Pepa U-16, for abandoning a valid Abissnet Superiore U-16 championship match against KF Vllaznia U-16, based on Article 16/1 of the D&E Code, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3–0 score. Pursuant to Article 76/1/e of the D&E Code, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 3%.
12. Antigonea player, Nikolas Karabashi, for unsportsmanlike conduct toward match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the D&E Code, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.
13. Acceptance of the request of KF Vllaznia official, Edi Martini, for the conversion of the remaining part of the sanction, based on Article 75 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.
14. Partial acceptance of the request of KF Iliria, based on Articles 67 and 74 of the D&E Code, for the review of Decision No. 15, dated 05.12.2025, of the D&E Code, regarding point 3, by deciding to suspend the sanction requiring the remaining matches of the 2025–2026 football season to be played on a neutral field.
The conditional suspension period, pursuant to Article 34 of the D&E Code, shall be 1 (one) year and, in the event of a repeat of similar violations, the suspension will be revoked and an additional sanction will be imposed on the club. The remaining part of the sanction remains in force, namely the playing of the remainder of the football season without the presence of spectators, pursuant to Article 6/3/b of the D&E Code.
15. Rejection of the request of KF Iliria U-17 player, Dejsli Farruku, as unfounded under the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.
16. Rejection of the request of KF Iliria U-17 player, Elvis Marku, as unfounded under the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.
An appeal against the decision may be filed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Commission.
