Dvp korçë 3 citizens are arrested and 1 more is wanted for various criminal offences

– Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Korça Police Station executed the order of the Prosecutor’s Office, for the detention of the citizen G. B., 42 years old, resident in the village of Ravonik, Maliq, after the Court of Korça has set for this citizen, the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses “Domestic violence” and “Actions contrary to the Court’s decision”.- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station arrested the wanted citizen M. V., 33 years old, resident of the village of Udënisht, Pogradec, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana sentenced him to 4 months imprisonment for the offense criminal “Opposition to the public order police officer”, carried out in collaboration. Further procedural actions will be carried out by the structures of the Tirana Local Police Directorate.-Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station arrested citizen E. P., 41 years old, resident of the village Radokal i Poshtëm, Pogradec, in the act, after allegedly having physically abused his mother.- These same specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and declared the citizen R.L., 25 years old, a resident of Pogradec, wanted, as he is suspected of having physically abused his father, who, after receiving treatment at the hospital, left the apartment.The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
