Greece “shaken” / Neighboring country hit by an earthquake, here is the epicenter and magnitude

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4 on the Richter scale was recorded on the morning of Tuesday, January 20, in the region of Laconia, Greece.

According to preliminary seismological data, the earthquake had a focal depth of approximately 22.6 kilometers, and its epicenter was located 117 kilometers south-southwest of Gerolimenas, in Laconia.

So far, no material damage or injuries have been reported, while authorities continue to monitor the situation. The tremors were also lightly felt in the surrounding areas.
