Headmaster accused of assaulting students and throwing food at them, police initiate proceedings against school director

The director of a private school in Elbasan has been criminally prosecuted by Elbasan police after appearing in a “scandalous” video circulating on social media, where he is seen assaulting students in the school yard and throwing away their food.

According to Top Channel correspondent Bruna Kërçyku, police have initiated criminal proceedings against Turkish citizen Fatih Konuksever for the offense of “insulting minors.”

Although the circumstances of the incident are still unclear, authorities stressed that no situation can justify such unacceptable behavior from a school leader.

Meanwhile, the Municipality of Elbasan has also reacted, fining the Turkish citizen for environmental pollution, as he was seen throwing away the children’s food.
