Here is the decision explaining why Skënderbeu was fined 100,000 lek and lost the match 3–0 by default

Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF), dated 26.02.2026:

FK Skënderbeu U-15, for abandoning the match valid for the Abissnet Superiore U-15 Championship against KF Shënkolli U-15, pursuant to Article 16/1 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code (KDE), is fined in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match by default with the score of 3–0.

According to Article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at 20%.

FK Skënderbeu U-15 is warned that in the event of a repeated abandonment of matches, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided for in the Disciplinary and Ethics Code and the FSHF regulations.

An appeal against this decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
