The "Final 4" format is expected to undergo a significant change in the upcoming season, with the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) set to make an official announcement in the coming days. According to the proposed changes, it appears that there will no longer be semi-finals and a final to determine the league champion.

However, the "Final Four" system will remain in place, but with a major modification. At the end of the 36-week championship, a total of 6 matches will be played. The teams’ points will be halved, and each of the four teams will play three matches to determine the league winner.
