Elbasani and Skënderbeu started their first match of the fourth phase in Elbasan at 16:30, with both coaches fielding their best lineups. It was the home team, Skënderbeu, who gave the first signal towards the Elbasan goal in the 4th minute. Nasr’s diagonal shot missed the target. Then, Elbasan had two clear chances. Ze Gomesh and Xhoel came very close to scoring, but on both occasions, Marko Alia came to Skënderbeu’s rescue.

The 14th minute saw Elbasani hit the post. A corner kick taken by Musta into the Skënderbeu box saw the ball hit the right upright, denying the home team a superb goal. In the 22nd minute, Skënderbeu had another chance, this time through Nasr, who was the most dangerous player at this stage. However, Abalora saved the ball and kept the scoreline level.

After that, the game became calmer with fewer chances, and the next opportunity came just six minutes before halftime, when Lajthia almost scored, but the ball went wide.

Ze Gomesh faces Alia alone, shoots, and Skënderbeu’s keeper makes a miraculous save, punching the ball to a corner. 11’ – Another chance for Elbasani. Ze Gomesh passes to Xhoel, who shoots but fails to beat Alia. 14’ – Corner kick for Skënderbeu. Musta crosses directly into the box, and the ball hits the right post, saving Skënderbeu from conceding the first goal. 22’ – Sabo provides an assist to Nasr, who shoots in front of the Elbasan goal, but Abalora saves it, denying Skënderbeu the lead. 39’ – A scramble in the Skënderbeu box, and Lajthia takes a shot, but fortunately for the visitors, the ball goes wide of the goal.
