In a shooting range, a 24-year-old woman was injured by a firearm and lost her life

A 24-year-old woman lost her life in Prishtina after being shot at a shooting range.
The incident occurred last night around 19:30 at a range on “Dritan Hoxha” street in Prishtina.
She was immediately taken to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK) for medical treatment, where her death was confirmed around 22:00. The victim was identified as L.S., 24 years old. Police units arrived at the scene and carried out all necessary investigative actions.
As part of the investigation, an official responsible for the shooting range was arrested and detained for 48 hours by prosecutor’s order.
Police investigators, in coordination with the prosecutor, are working to fully clarify the circumstances of the case, which, by order of the prosecutor, has been classified as suicide and causing general danger resulting in death.
