The semifinalists are Teuta, Skënderbeu, Tirana, and Partizani. Partizani recorded a convincing 3-0 win over Dinamo City, while Tirana defeated Apolonia 2-1. Skënderbeu secured qualification with a 2-0 victory against Vora. The match between Vllaznia and Teuta ended 1-1 in regular time, with Teuta winning 5-4 on penalties.
