Komiteti Ekzekutiv i FSHF-së në mbledhen mujore/ Ja vendimet!

Komiteti Ekzekutiv i FSHF, në mbledhjen mujore, mori një sërë vendimesh për zhvillimin dhe mirëadministrimin e futbollit në vend. Këto vendime përfshijnë organizimin e kampionateve, me një vëmendje të veçantë ndaj futbollit të vajzave, si dhe vazhdimin e investimeve infrastrukturore.

Një nga vendimet më të rëndësishme të miratuara është vazhdimi për të tetin vit të projektit “Topi yt”. Ky projekt lehtëson ndjeshëm klubet dhe akademitë, duke siguruar bazën materiale të nevojshme për trajnimin dhe zhvillimin e futbollit te të rinjtë.

Në funksion të avancimit teknologjik, po zgjerojmë përdorimin e pajisjeve GPS për monitorimin dhe analizën e performancës së lojtarëve. Kjo teknologji do të shtrihet në të gjitha ekipet kombëtare.

Sa i përket infrastrukturës mjekësore, vendimet e sotme garantuan përfundimin e pajisjes me teknologjitë më të avancuara të repartit të fizioterapisë. Ky investim do të shërbejë si një klinikë moderne për të gjithë futbollistët dhe futbollistet që veshin fanellën kuqezi, por edhe për sportistët e tjerë që kanë nevojë për shërbime profesionale të rehabilitimit.

Në fushën e investimeve strategjike, Komiteti Ekzekutiv diskutoi për kompanitë që do të projektojnë realizimin e stadiumit “Besa” të Kavajës, një nismë e rëndësishme në bashkëpunim me Bashkinë. Gjithashtu, u miratua një plan masash për mbështetjen e klubeve në mirëmbajtjen e stadiumeve e fushave stërvitore, duke siguruar kushte optimale për zhvillimin e futbollit. Këto investime janë veçanërisht të rëndësishme në kuadër të përgatitjeve të U-17 Euro, kompeticioni i parë i këtij lloji në vendin tonë.

Një tjetër projekt ambicioz, i diskutuar për herë të parë sot, është ndërtimi i hotelit të ri të Kombëtares. Ky objekt, i planifikuar të ngrihet brenda ambienteve të Shtëpisë së Futbollit, do të ofrojë një lehtësim të madh për grumbullimet e ekipeve kombëtare, duke u siguruar kushte optimale për përgatitje dhe akomodim.

Falënderoj anëtarët e KE-së për kontributin e tyre në këtë mbledhje. Përveç miratimit të këtyre projekteve ambicioze, të gjithë do të duhet të angazhohemi maksimalisht për zbatimin e tyre me korrektësi dhe efikasitet në shërbim të zhvillimit të futbollit shqiptar.

The Executive Committee of the Albanian Football Association (FSHF), in its monthly meeting, made a series of decisions aimed at the development and proper management of football in the country. These decisions include the organization of championships, with special attention to women’s football, as well as the continuation of infrastructural investments.

One of the most important decisions approved is the continuation of the “Topi yt” project for the eighth consecutive year. This project significantly eases the burden on clubs and academies by providing the necessary material resources for the training and development of young footballers.

In terms of technological advancement, we are expanding the use of GPS devices for monitoring and analyzing player performance. This technology will be implemented across all national teams.

Regarding medical infrastructure, today’s decisions ensured the completion of equipping the physiotherapy department with the most advanced technologies. This investment will serve as a modern clinic for all footballers wearing the red and black jersey, as well as other athletes in need of professional rehabilitation services.

In the field of strategic investments, the Executive Committee discussed the companies that will undertake the design and construction of the “Besa” Stadium in Kavaja, an important initiative in collaboration with the Municipality. Additionally, a plan of measures was approved to support clubs in maintaining stadiums and training fields, ensuring optimal conditions for football development. These investments are particularly significant in preparation for the U-17 Euro, the first competition of its kind to be hosted in our country.

Another ambitious project, discussed for the first time today, is the construction of a new hotel for the National Team. This facility, planned to be built within the premises of the Football House, will provide significant convenience for the gatherings of national teams, ensuring optimal conditions for preparation and accommodation.

I thank the members of the Executive Committee for their contributions to this meeting. In addition to approving these ambitious projects, we must all commit ourselves to their implementation with accuracy and efficiency in service of the development of Albanian football.
