Korçë: 62-year-old man faces legal proceedings for transporting livestock without veterinary certificate.

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korçë Police Commissariat have referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen Sh. M., 62 years old, resident of Kamëz.

The individual was caught by police units on the “Pojan–Zvezdë” road segment while transporting large livestock without a veterinary certificate, in violation of regulations on the trade and transport of animals.

He is being charged with the criminal offense of “Trade and transport of smuggled goods,” and the investigative materials have been submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
