Marjana Bacellari is appointed as the new Director of the Korçë–Pustec Local Office of Pre-University Education

Marjana Bacellari has been appointed as the new Director of the Korçë–Pustec Local Office of Pre-University Education, bringing with her extensive professional experience in project management, community development, and education policy.

With over a decade of involvement in programs aimed at improving the quality of education and the well-being of children and youth, Bacellari has built a strong profile in leading and coordinating development initiatives in collaboration with public institutions, civil society organizations, and international partners.

A graduate in Finance and Accounting, she has held significant leadership and coordination roles in projects related to inclusive education, child protection, and the empowerment of local communities.

For more than ten years, Bacellari contributed to World Vision Albania, where she managed educational programs and community development projects. In this role, she worked closely with schools, institutions, and local actors to promote quality education and social inclusion.

She later served as a project coordinator in major initiatives aimed at reforming the child welfare system in Albania, as well as a specialist coordinating European Union projects at the Korçë Municipality.

Her experience includes team leadership, strategic project management, building inter-institutional partnerships, and organizing processes that foster collaboration between institutions, communities, and the civil sector.

With a clear vision for the development of education and a strong commitment to public service, Marjana Bacellari aims to strengthen educational institutions and create better opportunities for the education and development of future generations.
