POLICE / 33-year-old man arrested in Pogradec. Theft reported in Maliq. Fight involving hard objects in Korçë

Specialists in Crime Investigation at the Pogradec Police Commissariat:

Executed the security measure of “Arrest in prison” for citizen B. L., 33 years old, resident of Kosovo, after the First Instance Court of Pogradec sentenced him to 10 days in prison for the criminal offense of “Illegal crossing of the state border”;

Referred case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office where criminal proceedings began against citizen F. Sh., 49 years old, for hitting a 59-year-old man with a blunt object for trivial reasons.

Specialists in Crime Investigation at the Maliq Police Commissariat referred case materials to the Prosecutor’s Office where criminal proceedings began against citizen F. R., 73 years old, resident of Symis, suspected of stealing a bicycle belonging to a 75-year-old in Maliq.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
