POLICE / Fell from scaffolding yesterday and lost his life, the administrator of the company is declared wanted!

Following the preliminary information provided yesterday regarding citizen Dh. P., 70 years old, who is suspected to have accidentally fallen from scaffolding while working on a construction site and consequently lost his life, we inform that the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Kolonjë Police Station have referred the procedural materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and have declared wanted the administrator of the company carrying out the construction work on this site, citizen A. Z., 61 years old, resident of Tirana, for the criminal offenses of “Violation of workplace safety regulations” and “Conducting financial activities without a license.”

Pogradec / On 05.02.2025, in the village of Çëravë, a fire broke out in a storage facility containing livestock feed, owned by citizen G. K., 39 years old. As a result of the flames, only material damages were caused. Preliminary investigative actions suggest that the fire was caused by an electrical spark.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further actions.
