Korçë Regional Police Directorate – Weekly Report of Incidents

Pogradec Police Precinct:

F.M., 62, resident of Pogradec, was arrested in flagrante for allegedly stealing personal items from the car of a 26-year-old in Neighborhood No. 3.

D.J., 23, and Z.M., 29, residents of Pogradec, are under criminal investigation after a knife was found on them during a search.

Five 15-year-old minors are under investigation for allegedly assaulting another 15-year-old for trivial reasons.

Traffic police arrested:

Dh. Gj., 30, from Boboshticë, for driving without a license.

E.B., 37, from Pogradec, for driving under the influence of alcohol.

U.S., 48, from Durrës, for a drunk-driving collision that slightly injured a passenger.

Other cases referred to the Prosecutor:

M.R., 79, from Pogradec, lost control of a motorcycle, resulting in self-injury.

A 17-year-old caught driving without a license.

Devoll Police Precinct:

D.D., 43, from Devoll, arrested for “Escape of a prisoner from the place of residence” and “Irregular driving.”

K.Sh., 66, from Përparimaj, referred to prosecution for disturbing the community using abusive language.

Korçë Police Precinct:

E.Ç., 41, from Voskop, referred for allegedly assaulting a police officer.

B.C., 19, from Vashtmi, referred for threatening a 22-year-old verbally.

E.H., 55, from Korçë, referred for allegedly stealing a mobile phone from a 76-year-old.

O.T., 50, from Korçë, referred for accidentally setting fire to land.

Maliq Police Precinct:

B.Ç., 69, from Podgorie, referred for allegedly encroaching on the land of a 58-year-old.

All cases have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further legal proceedings.
