Citizen Ilir Zisko was arrested by police today after defrauding another man of 6,300 euros.
Police statement:
Korçë – Took 6,300 euros from a citizen through fraud, 54-year-old arrested.
Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, following a report by a 53-year-old man that another individual had repeatedly taken money from him by promising help through alleged connections with state institution officials, carried out investigative actions and arrested the citizen:
I. Z., 54 years old, resident of Korçë.
It is suspected that over a period of four months, this individual fraudulently obtained 6,300 euros from the 53-year-old.
The case files have been referred to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings, on charges of “Fraud.”
