Korçë Local Police Directorate
The Korçë Police Commissariat services arrested citizen N. N., 43 years old, resident of Korçë, after the Korçë Court sentenced him to 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of “Deliberate minor injury.”
In addition, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings began for the following citizens:
Xh. L., 29 years old, resident of Korçë, suspected of punching a 63-year-old man over trivial motives;
F. A., 63 years old, and E. M., 65 years old, since the 65-year-old had hired the 63-year-old to carry out construction works without a permit in his home.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
