Police / 16-year-old acts tough in Devoll. 53-year-old in Kolonjë faces prosecution. 29-year-old caught in Maliq

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Devoll Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 16-year-old for punching a 50-year-old man, for minor motives.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Kolonjë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against G. I., a 53-year-old resident of Qafëzez, suspected of illegally occupying a state-owned land area.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Maliq Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against K. R., a 29-year-old resident of Korçë, caught transporting 6 cubic meters of illegally cut wood. The wood was confiscated as material evidence.

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
