POLICE Arrested the 29 year old who had been burglarizing homes for one year

The operation codenamed “Target” has been finalized to solve a series of burglaries

A 29 year old man has been identified arrested and placed in handcuffs suspected as the perpetrator of burglaries in several homes

The 29 year old is suspected of having committed thefts on three occasions stealing cash jewelry and equipment from the home of an Italian citizen in Fermë Sukth as well as from five other residences

During a body search police found a mask and a pair of gloves believed to have been used to commit the burglaries as well as a sporting pistol which he possessed without a permit

As a result of investigations carried out by specialists of the Durrës Police Crime Investigation Section under the direction of the Prosecution within the framework of the operation codenamed “Target” aimed at uncovering and documenting burglaries the following individual was identified apprehended and arrested

D C 29 years old resident of Sukth

Investigations indicate that during the period December 2025 to January 2026 this individual committed three thefts stealing cash jewelry and various equipment from the home of an Italian citizen in Fermë Sukth He is also suspected of having committed burglaries in five other homes

At the time of arrest during a body search police found a sporting pistol carried without a permit as well as a mask and a pair of gloves believed to have been used to commit the burglaries

Investigations continue to uncover other thefts that may have been committed by this individual

The procedural materials were referred to the Durrës Prosecution for further action for the criminal offenses of Theft committed more than once and Illegal production and possession of hunting and sporting weapons
