POLICE: Arrests and criminal proceedings in Devoll, Pogradec, and Korçë

The Korçë Police Station arrested in flagrante D.P., 32 years old, resident of Korçë, after being caught outside his home in violation of the security measure “House Arrest,” imposed for the criminal offense of “Domestic Violence.”

The Devoll Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings for:

A.Q., 52, resident of Tirana, and K.M., 50, resident of Bilisht, suspected of being involved in a conflict for trivial reasons.

S.G., resident of Tirana, suspected of illegally occupying land in Bilisht.

An accidental fire that occurred yesterday in a property owned by A.M., 32, in the village of Cangonj, where animal feed was stored. Only material damage occurred.

The Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against P.LL., 57, and V.LL., 29, both residents of Tushemisht village, suspected of assaulting a 70-year-old man for trivial reasons.

Specialists for Economic and Financial Crime Investigation referred materials for T.Ç., 27, resident of Velitërna village, suspected of operating an unregistered business.

Road Traffic Sector specialists referred materials for S.T., 21, resident of Korçë, suspected of losing control of his vehicle, which then hit several trees in neighborhood No. 3. The 21-year-old fled the accident scene but was later apprehended.

Crime Investigation specialists at the Korçë Regional Police Directorate referred materials for H.S., 32, resident of Berat, suspected of the criminal offense “Illegal crossing of the state border.”

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
