Knife fight last night in Korçë / 34-year-old in Trauma Hospital. Here’s his condition!

Following the preliminary information provided yesterday regarding a conflict in Neighborhood No. 14, Korçë, we inform that:

Specialists from the Korçë Police Station’s Crime Investigation Unit, upon completing the initial investigative actions, arrested a 17-year-old in flagrante for the criminal offenses of “Intentional Serious Injury” and “Unauthorized Production, Possession, Purchase, or Sale of Bladed Weapons.” The suspect is accused of injuring 34-year-old B. Q., a resident of Korçë, on the hand with a cutting instrument (knife) inside a local establishment.

The injured person is receiving treatment at the Trauma Hospital and is currently out of life-threatening danger.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
