POLICE – Arrests in Korça: Stick fight between two young men

Road Traffic Sector specialists arrested in flagrante delicto citizen F. A., 20 years old, resident of Devoll, for the criminal offenses of “Irregular vehicle driving” and “Violation of traffic rules,” as he lost control of the vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, causing it to run off the road. The 20-year-old was injured in the accident but is out of life-threatening danger.
Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korça Police Station referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen O. Sh., 36 years old, resident of Korça, who struck a 44-year-old man with a stick during a conflict over minor reasons.
Crime Investigation Specialists at the Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen M. T., 33 years old, resident of Velçan, after he was caught transporting 4 cubic meters of firewood illegally cut. The wood was seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça for further action.
