Prime Minister Rama is summoned by SPAK as a witness in the trial of Sali Berisha over the “Partizani” case

The hearing has started today at the Special Court against the leader of the Sali Berisha and other co-defendants.

After hearing the parties’ request for evidence, the court decided to accept the written evidence, and also approved the questioning of witnesses listed in the prosecution’s request, as well as those requested by the leader of the Democratic Party.

One of the witnesses requested by Berisha is also Prime Minister Edi Rama, a request that the court has accepted.
