Race for the General Director of the State Police: the names of the candidates emerge

With only two days remaining before the application deadline for the race for General Director of the State Police, the names of several police officers running have emerged.

These include career officer Pëllumb Seferi, with 28 years in the police, who currently serves as director of the Association of European Students graduating from the FBI in the USA.

The current Director of Vlorë Police, Elidon Çela, with 25 years of service, is also a potential candidate for the top police position.

Another candidate is the Director of Durrës Police, Afrim Tafa. Officers Lutfi Minxhozi and Idajet Faskaj have also entered the race.

In the remaining two days, other names that were rumored after the race opened may also apply, such as Tonin Vocaj and the current Director of Fier, Skënder Hitaj.
