The Second Division Championship will begin on September 21. In Group B of the Second Division, 11 teams are participating: AF Luftëtari, Tomori, Memaliaj, Shkumbini, Këlcyra, Oriku, Turbina, Devolli, Butrinti, Delvina, and Maliqi.
