Sentenced to 11 years in prison for murder, Korça's most wanted man, Klement Zguro, is captured

Tirana / Police operation codenamed “END” successfully concluded

The operation, conducted by Police Station No. 3, targeted the capture of individuals declared wanted and considered highly dangerous in the field of crimes against persons.

A 43-year-old man, sentenced to 11 years in prison for intentional murder and illegal possession of a weapon, was captured.

As part of ongoing efforts to locate and apprehend wanted individuals, the services of Police Station No. 3 managed to pinpoint the location of a person declared wanted for intentional murder and illegal possession of a weapon.

Based on intelligence obtained through operational channels, the police successfully organized and executed the operation codenamed “END”, resulting in the arrest, on "Mikel Maruli" Street, of the wanted citizen Klement Zguro (Kaçolli), 43 years old, resident of Tirana.

The Court of Appeals in Korçë sentenced this individual to 11 years in prison for the criminal offenses of “Intentional Murder” and “Illegal Possession of a Weapon.” He has 8 years and 11 months of imprisonment remaining to serve.

The 43-year-old was handed over to the Korçë Police Directorate for further procedural actions.
