SERIOUS INCIDENT in Korçë/ Child swallows a bean, airway blocked, urgently transferred to Tirana

A worrying incident has occurred in the southeastern city of Korçë.

A child, whose age has not yet been disclosed, swallowed a bean, which unfortunately became lodged in their airway.

With breathing blocked, the child was immediately taken to the Pediatric Department in Korçë. As the condition worsened, they were urgently transferred to Tirana for treatment.

We wish the child from Korçë a speedy recovery, and may God be with them!
