Serious incident in Maliq: Father-in-law accused of sexually abusing 30-year-old daughter-in-law

The services of the Maliq Police Station have referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office for evaluation, following a report filed by a 30-year-old woman who is suspected to suffer from mental health issues. She claims that her father-in-law sexually abused her two months ago.
Under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, work is ongoing to verify the allegations.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
