The red and white team has officially started the preparatory phase for the new season, with a well-structured training process that covers all aspects: from physical conditioning to technical-tactical preparation and selection tests.

The technical staff has developed a detailed program where, in addition to regular training sessions, special attention is being paid to friendly matches, which are expected to serve as a real indicator of the team’s current state.

Reliable sources close to the club have revealed that the first summer friendly is scheduled for July 9, and it is highly likely to be played against Struga.

Although not yet officially confirmed, talks between the two clubs are in the final stages, and the match is expected to be confirmed in the coming days. Struga, a team from the North Macedonian championship, would represent a serious opponent to test the current parameters of the Korçë squad.

This encounter will be very important to practically assess how well the tactical ideas of the coaching staff are being absorbed and to evaluate the chemistry among players, especially those who are new to the team or are on trial and undergoing selection.

For the coach and management, this test will be another valuable checkpoint to better understand the team’s needs and the gaps that still need to be filled through the transfer market.

Meanwhile, several other friendly matches are planned in the coming weeks to build a functional calendar ahead of the new football season.
