SKËNDERBEU: 97 days of waiting for the 4th victory of the season

On October 20th of last year, during the 9th week of the Superliga, in the match between Bylis and Skënderbeu (0-1), it took a goal from Ermir Rashica in the 82nd minute to secure Skënderbeu’s victory away from home. Since that date and until yesterday, Skënderbeu had only managed draws and losses.
Yesterday, it was once again Ermir Rashica who scored another victory for Skënderbeu after a long stretch of 97 days. Rashica netted the goal in the 80th minute, and this is certainly no coincidence, as the Kosovar talent is undoubtedly a highly valuable player, with his transfer estimated to exceed €800,000.
With this victory, it is thought that Skënderbeu may have overcome its slump, but this remains to be seen, as there are tough and challenging matches ahead. The next match will be against Dinamo, away from home.
What matters most is that the team has finally responded, and this is a critical moment for this Skënderbeu team. Let this victory against Teuta be the turning point, but it’s clear that Skënderbeu should have acted weeks earlier.
The match against Dinamo next Saturday will be crucial for consistency and will prove whether Skënderbeu has truly bounced back or if the recent three-point spark was just a flash.
Good luck, Skënderbeu!
