Specialists from the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Unit have referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against S.G., 44 years old, resident of Korçë.
According to police, the individual is being prosecuted after a control at the pharmacy he managed revealed pharmaceutical products suspected of being smuggled.
The investigation is ongoing, while authorities emphasize the need for strict compliance with pharmaceutical trade regulations to ensure public health and safety.
