Over 26,600 high school graduates across the country are taking today’s Mathematics exam.

This is the third exam being held, while on June 23 students will sit for the final exam, the elective subject, thus paving the way for their continuation in higher education.

Across the country, there are 144 exam centers in schools. The smooth conduct of the process will be supported by 2,087 teacher administrators and 170 supervisors from the Ministry of Education, while 650 evaluators will be engaged in grading the State Matura tests.

Minister Mirela Kumbaro sent a message of congratulations and encouragement to all students taking the State Matura exams, as well as to the staff of educational institutions overseeing the process.

“A good day for all graduates who today sit at their desks with the emotions of the mathematics exam, for all teachers who have worked tirelessly, and for the administrators of this process,” she said.
