Tefik Osmani, New Director of the Scouting Department at AFF

AFF ANNOUNCEMENT:

“Tefik Osmani has been appointed as the new Director of the Scouting Department at the Albanian Football Federation (AFF).

Osmani enjoys a long and significant career as a footballer, having played for well-known clubs such as Skënderbeu, Tomori, Partizani, Elbasani, Tirana, Teuta, Vllaznia, as well as Metalurg Zaporizhya in Ukraine. He has also been a member of the Albanian national team.

After concluding his playing career, Osmani successfully served as the sporting director at the clubs Tirana and Vllaznia. In his new role at AFF, he will be engaged in the process of identifying and monitoring Albanian talents both domestically and abroad, with the aim of including them in the youth national teams and the senior representative teams.

This role was previously held with professionalism and high competence by Ardi Behari, who will continue his career in the Education Department at AFF, where he will be responsible for organizing coaching courses and developing educational programs.

The AFF Technical Directorate expresses its appreciation for the tireless work done by Behari in the Scouting Department and for his valuable contribution during this period.”
