Britain was shocked a few days ago by a serious event. Three people lost their lives after a knife attack, while 3 others were injured.

The author of the event, a 31-year-old man, was arrested by the British police. Meanwhile, today, students came together to the university campus to honor the first-year students who were killed with a knife.

More than 2,000 students and staff from the University of Nottingham held a ceremony to remember Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley Kumar, both aged 19, who were attacked as they walked home from the center of the city around 4 am.

The 65-year-old was a few months into retirement when he was stabbed on the other side of the city centre.

David and Emma Webber, Barnaby Webber's parents, sat on either side of their youngest son Charlie at the ceremony.

"I lost my son and I can't even understand how I will face this difficult situation, I, Emma, Charlie, family and friends don't know how we will cope", he said through tears.

Webber, known to friends as Barney and from Taunton, Somerset, was a member of the university's men's cricket team.
