The Capital Derby: The Disciplinary Commission “Crushes” Partizani and Tirana!

The Ethics and Discipline Commission of the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has announced its decisions regarding the latest week of Albanian football. Numerous decisions have been made, starting from the Superliga, where the Partizani – Tirana derby stands out, to youth football.

Specifically, due to incidents among fans before the derby at the “Arena e Demave,” the red club has been fined 100,000 lek. Meanwhile, Partizani players Besar Gudjufi and Altin Bytyçi have been suspended for 4 and 2 matches, respectively.

On the other hand, KF Tirana has been fined 50,000 lek. The white-and-blue players who have been sanctioned include Leon Kozi (2 matches), Gledi Mici (2 matches), Aldi Gjumshi (4 matches), and sporting director Agim Ibrahimi (4 matches).

Other penalties have also been issued for teams in the First Division and youth categories.

DECISIONS:

  • FK Partizani: For improper spectator behavior, including throwing objects at opposing fans, using offensive chants, and allowing fans onto the field before the match, the club is fined 100,000 lek.

  • Besar Gudjufi (FK Partizani): Suspended for 4 matches for making offensive gestures toward opposing players. Half of the suspension may be conditionally lifted after serving half of the punishment, with a probationary period of 6 months.

  • Altin Bytyçi (FK Partizani): Suspended for 2 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players.

  • KF Tirana: Fined 50,000 lek for improper spectator behavior, including throwing objects and using offensive chants.

  • Leon Kozi (KF Tirana): Suspended for 2 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior.

  • Gledi Mici (KF Tirana): Suspended for 2 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior.

  • Aldi Gjumshi (KF Tirana): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials. Half of the suspension may be conditionally lifted after serving half of the punishment, with a probationary period of 6 months.

  • Agim Ibrahimi (KF Tirana, Sporting Director): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Silvio Vokri (FK Pogradeci): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Flamurtari FC: Fined 50,000 lek for improper fan behavior, including throwing objects onto the field and using flares and offensive banners. The fine is reduced by 50%.

  • FK Kukësi: Fined 50,000 lek for causing delays at the start of the match. The fine is reduced by 50%.

  • Football Academy U-18: Fined 50,000 lek for improper fan behavior, including entering the field. The fine is reduced by 3%.

  • Ervin Syziu (FK Shënkolli Official): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Rieldo Luga (FC Kinostudio U-14): Suspended for 8 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players and officials.

  • Fatjon Xhafa (KF Sopoti Official): Suspended for 8 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Erjon Mani (FC Basania Official): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Rustem Meta (KF Shkumbini): Suspended for 8 matches for attacking opposing players.

  • Marsel Suta (KF Shkumbini Official): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Aljos Vrenozi (KF Turbina): Suspended for 8 matches for attacking opposing players.

  • Klodian Mustafaj (AF Memaliaj Official): Suspended for 8 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Ferman Haskaj (AF Memaliaj Official): Suspended for 8 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Don Bosko Academy U-9: Fined 100,000 lek and forfeits the match 3-0 for abandoning a Second Division, Regional Tirana Zone match against AP Dinamo Junior U-9. The fine is reduced by 3%.

  • Kreshnik Zhupa (BS East Park Official): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Fjori Fiora (Shkëndija Tiranë U-19): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Everest Bardhi (FC Albanët U-19): Suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials.

  • Football Republic U-11: Fined 100,000 lek and forfeits the match 3-0 for abandoning a Second Division, Regional Tirana Zone match against KF Tirana A U-11. The fine is reduced by 3%.

  • KSP Junior B U-11: Forfeits the match 3-0 for fielding ineligible players.

  • Dorian Petova (KSP Junior B U-11 Official): Suspended for 6 months for allowing an ineligible player to participate.

  • Besnik Duli (KF Veleçiku Official): Granted a suspension reduction, with a 6-month probationary period.

  • Erind Lleshi (Kastriotët MFC Official): Request for appeal rejected as unfounded under the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.

These decisions highlight strict enforcement of discipline across different levels of Albanian football, ensuring fair play and respect for the game’s regulations.
