The Ministry of Health denies a measles outbreak in kindergartens: There are no confirmed cases

The Ministry of Health and the Institute of Public Health have issued a clarification for citizens, denying reports by some media about an alleged measles outbreak in a kindergarten.

The Institute emphasizes that there is no confirmed case of infection in any preschool institution in the capital. Authorities call on the public to obtain information only from official sources, in order to avoid unnecessary panic.

At the same time, the Ministry and the Institute of Public Health remind parents of the importance of following the national vaccination schedule and assure that vaccination remains the safest and most effective measure for protecting the health of children and the community.
