A citizen accused of repeatedly selling cocaine in his bar in Pogradec in 2022 has been arrested in Germany.
Another individual, convicted as an accomplice in a theft committed in Paskuqan in 2023, was also apprehended during the operation.
As a result of intelligence gathering and information exchange through Interpol Tirana and Interpol Wiesbaden, the police operation ‘Exchange 2’ was concluded. Within the framework of this operation, German police located and provisionally arrested, for the purpose of extradition to Albania, citizens B. S., 44 years old, and K. Gj., 20 years old.
• In 2022, the Korça Court issued a ‘prison arrest’ security measure for the 44-year-old on charges of ‘Production and sale of narcotics,’ as he is suspected of repeatedly selling cocaine in his bar in Pogradec.
