Tragedy in Devoll: tractor overturns, killing 75-year-old driver

A serious accident occurred this morning (August 4) in the village of Menkulas, in the municipality of Devoll.

According to reports, a tractor went off the road around 11:00 AM and overturned.

It is learned that the tractor fell on top of the driver, a man around 75 years old, who sadly lost his life as a result.

“Around 11:00 AM, in the village of Menkulas, citizen H. L., about 75 years old, is suspected to have lost control of the agricultural vehicle (tractor), causing it to veer off the road. As a result of the accident, H. L. lost his life,” police stated.

The investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
