Një tërmet me magnitudë 4.7 ballë të shkallës Rihter ka tronditur vendin fqinj mbrëmjen e së shtunës.

Sipas Institutit Gjeodinamik, epiqendra e tërmetit ishte 12 kilometra në perëndim-veriperëndim të Karyas.

Lekundja kishte një thellësi fokale 12 kilometra.

Më herët, në të njëjtin vend kishte një tjetër tërmet me magnitudë 3.5 ballë të shkallës Rihter.
