Arti Papajani has been relieved from his position as Director of the Health Care Insurance Fund (FSDKSH), by decision of the Minister of Health, Evis Sala.
It is reported that he will be replaced by Ilir Topi, who will take over the leadership of the institution going forward.
Arti Papajani had been appointed head of DHCIF in September 2025, also by Minister Sala. The official reasons for his dismissal have not yet been made public.
This change at the Health Care Insurance Fund comes at a time when the institution plays a key role in managing the finances and services of the country’s insurance system.
