University registration begins for high school graduates, here is what they need to do.

For students who plan to pursue higher education, this Friday officially marks the first step of university registration with the payment of the application fee.

The payment is mandatory for all graduates, regardless of whether they choose to apply to public or private universities.

The application fee is 2,000 lek and remains valid for both application rounds.

This receipt contains a unique code, which graduates will need to confirm their preferences on the U-Albania portal.

The document can be downloaded through the portal, and after the payment is made, the receipt must be uploaded back into the system.

In addition to the online procedure, graduates must also submit a copy of the payment receipt to the secretariat of the high school where they completed their studies.

Authorities are urging graduates to respect deadlines and carefully follow all application steps to avoid any problems during the registration process.
